Your EarthPulse Sleep on Command™ device is;

• unconditionally warranted from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year
• we will repair or replace device or other failed component for 1 year from delivery at no cost to you provided no misuse or accidental damage is detected
• misuse/accidental damage includes cut, chewed or crimped cables, water damage, high density impact
  
• if misuse or accidental damage has occurred we will repair your device/component for $50 plus shipping;
• if it can not be repaired, we will replace your control device with the same version for $100 plus shipping
• electromagnet for $49 plus $24 shipping
• your power supply for $19 plus $19 shipping
  

Between 1 year and  3 years we will;

• repair your device or component part for a $50 fee plus shipping
  
• a control unit that cannot be repaired will be replaced with same model @ nominal $100 fee plus shipping fees (provided NO misuse or accidental damage is detected); or at your option, a later model (should it exist) for $175 at your option
  
• a control unit damaged due to misuse or accidental damage (that cannot be repaired) will be replaced with the same or later model @ US$200 plus shipping fees.
  

Within 90 days you will realize substantially enhanced physical and mental performance and deeper, more restful sleep or your purchase price will be refunded.

You'll feel changes a lot quicker than that (usually within 24-48 hours), but we'll honor your return requests at any time between 30 days (provided technical support is sought after 2 weeks of experiencing no results) and 90 days; or after 60 days if no support is sought.
