• We will repair or replace your control unit or component part at our option for 1 year from delivery at no cost.

Between 1 and 3 years, for repairs we will;

• generally repair your device or component for a $30 fee plus return shipping fees
• replace control unit due to hardware or software failure (that cannot be repaired) with new upgraded model @ nominal $100 fee plus shipping fees.
  
• replace control unit damaged due to misuse or accidental damage (that cannot be repaired) @ US$200 plus shipping fees.
  

Within 90 days you will realize substantially enhanced physical and mental performance and deeper, more restful sleep or your purchase price will be refunded.

You'll feel changes a lot quicker than that (usually within 24-48 hours), but we'll honor your return requests at any time between 45 and 90 days.

Device should be returned to us in 'like new' condition.
