Microwaves, power lines, cell phones, and 60 Hz
alternating current
(AC) are the producers of the EMP and you are enveloped in them 24/7.
EMP has become so intense and pervasive that it drowns out the earth's
naturally occurring magnetic fields that we rely upon for good physical
and mental health. It is analogous to trying to listen to a flute solo
surrounded by a
platoon of air horns. See our ElectroPollution page for related articles and check the new Microwaving America article (Oct. '07); long but a good read.
What is the relationship between the earth's geomagnetic fields and our health?
low 14 Hz.
What is remarkable is that the tissues of the body respond to these
subtle magnetic fields at specific frequencies falling within this
range. In other words, our bodies expect and were designed to respond
to specific and subtle DC fields that are naturally produced by the
earth's geomagnetic field and its ionospheric cavity. Unfortunately in
modern times, we have been surrounded 24/7 by 60 Hz alternating current (AC)
fields and propagating high frequency wireless technologies.
This EMP is foreign to the body creating physiological stress and production of stress hormones. Dozens of published
studies proved animals exposed to frequencies above 15 hz
result in detrimental behavioral changes and stress hormone production;
while frequencies around 10 Hz have beneficial effects. Man-made EMP
impairs its inhabitants' ability to reach deep, Delta rhythm sleep (where cellular
repair occurs most efficiently) and contributes to stress hormone
production and behavioral changes.
The brain's natural EEG rhythms correlate directly with the Schumann resonances and the natural rhythm of the geomagnetic field.
Beta frequencies lie above 12 Hz and when you are in active thought
process with no stress you are in 12 - 14 Hz low-Beta rhythm. Alpha
frequencies lie between 8 and 12 Hz and occur when you are relaxed,
calm, and in a meditative state. Theta frequencies lie between 4 and
8 Hz and occur during REM (rapid eye movement) sleep but also happen in the
awakened state under many circumstances. You experience dreamlike
mental imagery and creativity during the Theta brain state. States of deep
sleep are called Delta rhythms and lie below 4 Hz. There are
strong relationships between hormonal response, healing, and immunity with the Delta brain state.
Entrainment occurs when our mind-body state locks into the rhythm of an external oscillator.
The external oscillator is either undesirable EMP (causing stress and
poor sleep) or the beneficial Schumann and geomagnetic field
frequencies. Normally the brain structure called the thalamus controls
our brain waves, alternatively either Schumann resonances, geomagnetic
fields or EMP are ‘picked up’ by the thalamus, particularly the pineal
gland and other magnetite-bearing brain tissues. During these intervals
of entrainment the brain’s pacemaker is external: the Schumann
resonances, geomagnetic field (beneficial) or EMP (detrimental). We
were meant to be relaxed and meditative with natural magnetic fields being the pacemaker; but increasingly we are not.
Somnographs (nighttime EEG recording) of subjects exposed to externally applied Delta
rhythm signals show enhanced slow wave sleep resulted throughout the
night.
Recently,
a sleep study at University of Wisconsin and published in the
scientific journal PNAS (Proceedings of the National Academy of
Sciences) showed that
artificially created Delta rhythm magnetic signals enhanced and
prolonged
deep sleep. This U of WI sleep study utilized very high amplitude magnetic fields applied directly to the heads of study participants.
“In contrast to our somnogram, the U of WI tested effects of magnetic fields hundreds, if not thousands of times more powerful than ours.
Their study had to be shut down because of overheating of the magnetic
coil” says EarthPulse™ product developer and patent holder Paul F.
Becker.

“I have used the EarthPulse™ magnetic sleep device to help with my
sleep problems and have found it to be remarkably effective in not only
creating a more satisfactory nighttime sleep regimen but also improving
my daytime alertness. At age 81 one expects some physiologic sleep
disturbances mainly in the depth of sleep and also involving more
frequent awakenings. This technology restored my sleep pattern to much
of its earlier characteristics. I also noted having delightful dreams
and having the ability to remember them on awakening. No doubt light
sleep was also enhanced. I have used it on several other subjects as
well with similar results."
