Between 1 year and 3 years we will:
  • Repair your device or component part for a $50 fee plus shipping;
  • A control unit that cannot be repaired will be replaced with same model @ nominal $100 fee plus shipping fees (provided NO misuse or accidental damage is detected);
  • A control unit damaged due to misuse or accidental damage (that cannot be repaired) will be replaced with the same or later model of the EarthPulse Sleep on Command™ @ US$200 / SleepEasy® at $100; plus shipping fees.
